LEESBURG, VA – On May 4, police arrested Dixon Estremera-Donayre, 25, after an investigation determined that he had met a young girl through Facebook and lured her into meeting him, while posing as a juvenile.
The victim reported the assault to an adult, who called the police.
Estremera-Donayre has been charged with carnal knowledge of a child, indecent liberties with children, and use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children. He is currently being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on an ICE detainer.
Detectives have reason to believe that Estremera-Donayre has several more victims in the area.
