Name: Wilmer Alfred Martinez-Munguia
Age: 30
Date of Arrest: 06/07/2022
Location: Wake County
Charge(s): Indecent Liberties with a Child
Considering the serious nature of his charges, combined with the fact that he is in the country illegally, Martinez-Munguia represents a tremendous flight risk. However, when you add in the fact that at the time he was taken into custody by the Raleigh Police Department, he also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest, after failing to appear on a DUI charge, it is more than outrageous that he can simply walk out jail if he makes bail.
Rodriguez is being held on $55,000 bond. So, if he can come up with $5,500 (10 percent of his bond) to pay to a bail-bonding service, he walks and will likely fail to show for his court date again.
