Hernandez was arrested in Texas and is currently being extradited back to North Carolina, and does have an ICE hold lodged against him.
In a press release, the Alamance County Sheriff's Office stated:
On Thursday August 25, 2022, Special Victims Unit Detectives began an investigation of Sexual Assault of a child. The victim alleged that the sexual assaults occurred on three different occasions in 2010 and 2011.
During the investigation, Detectives obtained felony warrants for Mr. Manuel Abraham Zelaya Hernandez. Since the alleged sexual assault, Mr. Zelaya Hernandez is currently residing in Harris County, Texas. With the assistance of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit, Mr. Zelaya Hernandez was arrested on December 6, 2022.
As you can see, Hernandez has absolutely no respect for his victim, nor for the nation he invaded.
