PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD – On February 20, 2020, officers with the Prince George's County Police Department arrested Marvin Amaya Diaz, 37, at his home in the 2200 block of University Boulevard, after receiving more than two dozen tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on Diaz.
Diaz was under investigation for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy, which reportedly took place on January 16th, 2020, at the victim’s residence.
When investigators executed a search warrant at the illegal alien's house, they discovered approximately “1,000 images and videos dated between September 2016 and December 2019,” according to court documents.
Photos of the alleged sexual assault were also found among those images.
Diaz has been charged one count of second-degree rape, one count of production of child pornography, two counts of distribution of child pornography, 78 counts of possession of child pornography and several other charges.
He is currently being held at the Prince George's County Department of Corrections, without bond.
His booking sheet lists Diaz as a citizen of El Salvador.
The investigation is ongoing, as detectives believe Diaz may have other victims in the area.
If anyone has information on this case, or has been victimized by Diaz, they are urged to call investigators at 301-772-4930.

*It should be noted that while this arrest was covered by several local media outlets (including The Washington Post), not one reported the fact that the accused is an illegal alien from El Salvador. Of course, this fact is public information and easily attainable by anyone with access to the internet or a telephone.
