NAPA COUNTY, CA - On July 1, deputies arrested Enrique Quiros Ortiz, 26, during a traffic stop along State Route 29, near Calistoga.
In a news release, the Napa County Sheriff’s Office stated:
Detectives located a “ghost gun,” in the vehicle Ortiz was driving. Also, a search warrant was executed at the Santa Rosa residence of Mr. Ortiz, where 10 stolen firearms and stolen jewelry were recovered.
Ortiz was charged with five counts of residential burglary, a probation violation, felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, and possession of stolen property. He is currently being held at the Napa County Department of Corrections on $250,000 bond.
Of course, the entire state of California is a ‘sanctuary’ for criminal aliens, so Ortiz will not be turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation.
