ETOWAH, AL - In late February, Jose Bulmaro Cruz-Guillen, 33, was extradited back to Etowah County, after being taken into custody in Augusta, Georgia, on outstanding warrants.
Cruz-Guillen has a long criminal history in this country...
-In 2014, the Alabama Department of Human Resources opened a case against him, after he reportedly physically abused his 4-year-old son;
-In 2019, he was taken into custody twice by the US Border Patrol, for illegally entering the country;
-In September 2019, an Etowah County Grand Jury indicted the illegal alien on multiple child sexual assault charges, after his stepdaughter told her teacher that he had been abusing her since she was seven.
Cruz-Guillen has been charged with first-degree rape, sexual abuse of a child less that 12 and first-degree sodomy. He is currently being held at the Etowah County Jail on an ICE detainer. View this suspect's booking info...
