PORTLAND, OR - On November 1, Gustavo Enrique Villalobos Carranza, 31, was arrested by the Vancouver Police Department, after his 2-year-old daughter was reported as having been abducted a day earlier.
The toddler, Brianna Villalobos Rodriguez, lived in Portland with her mother.
Around 4 a.m., following a multi-agency search, Carranza was discovered and taken into custody.
During questioning, Carranza told investigators where they could find his daughter’s body, according to police.
Brianna was actually killed in Portland.
Carranza has been charged with first-degree murder, aggravated murder, second-degree murder, felony assault, felony mistreatment and unlawful use of a weapon. He is currently being held at the Multomah County Jail on $505,000 bond.
*U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confirmed that they have requested a detainer be placed on Carranza.
However, the sheriff’s office has yet to fulfill that request, as Multnomah County employs a ‘sanctuary’ policy for criminal aliens.
A GoFundMe account has been created to help with funeral costs and other expenses.
The GoFundMe page states:
Pamela has suffered the unthinkable loss of her 2yo daughter…During this extremely difficult time, we are wanting to support Pamela anyway that we can, as we know she will be off for quite some time, in order to grieve the loss of her precious daughter and plan to honor her memory with a proper burial.
Pamela also has another child, in which she needs to tend to and assure that they are taken care of during this time of tragedy.
I get paid over 90$ per hour working from home with 2 kids at home. I never thought I'd be able to do it but my best friend earns over 10k a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The potential with this is endless. Heres what I've been doing..SERR MORE
