Illegal Alien Charged With Murder In 'Sanctuary State' Of Colorado

GREELEY, CO On Saturday, police were called to a residence in the 2300 block of 16th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male, lying just outside the home.

That man was declared dead on the scene. His body was taken to the Weld County Coroner's Office.

The victim has not yet been identified, nor has his cause of death been released.

Officers went inside the home and arrested Rosalio Mancha-Enriquez, 23.

The Denver Channel reported:

The motive behind the homicide is unknown at this time, as is the relationship between the victim and suspect, police said.

Mancha-Enrique has been charged with first-degree murder and is currently being held at Weld County Jail without bond.

Anyone with any information on this crime is urged to contact Greeley Police Detective Chris Onderlinde at 970-350-9676.

*Of course, in 2019, Gov. Jared Polis (D) signed a bill into law, making the entire state of Colorado a 'sanctuary' for illegal aliens. As such, state and local law enforcement officials are banned from sharing any suspect's information with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and will not issue detainers for illegal aliens incarcerated in local jail or state prisons.
