Illegal Alien Charged With Child Molestation In North Carolina

IREDELL COUNTY, NC – On January 16, deputies arrested Javier Roberto Hernandez, 21, after receiving a report from an administrator at East Iredell Middle School, that a student had confided in someone that she had recently been sexually assaulted.

According to the report, the student disclosed that she had been sexually abused outside of school by a family friend.

The victim named Javier Roberto Hernandez as her attacker, according to court documents.

Hernandez was charged with indecent liberties with a minor, and is currently being held at the Iredell County Detention Center.
