MADISON, WI - On Wednesday, a federal grand jury indicted Bahrullah Noori, 20, with attempting to engage in a sexual act with a minor using force against that person, and with three counts of engaging in a sexual act with a minor, with one count alleging the use of force.
The charges involve multiple victims.
If convicted, Noori faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
He was arrested on September 16, and is currently being held at the Dane County Jail on a federal detainer.
Mohammad Haroon Imaad, 32, was indicted on the same day and is charged with assaulting his spouse by strangulation and suffocation. The brutal assault took place on September 7, according to court documents.
Imaad is also being held at the Dane County Jail on a federal detainer.
If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
All of the aforementioned crimes reportedly took place at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, where the Afghani nationals are currently being housed.
*It should be noted that these two suspects were evacuated from Afghanistan and brought to this country less than a month ago. There are currently thousands of Afghan men on U.S. military bases around this nation.
How many more crimes against women and children will be committed, once these 'refugees' leave the bases and are actually released into our communities?
